Ingredients
- Baby crabs(washed and cleaned) - 10 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 4 nos
- Onion(chopped, large size) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp) -
- Curry leaves(a few) -
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Tamarind paste(Puli) - 1 tsp
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(to garnish) -

Instructions
- Wash the crabs and cut each into two pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds.
- Add the green chillies, curry leaves, onions and saute till the onions are transparent. 4)Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for about 3 minutes or till the onions are light brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Stir well and fry till the oil separates.
- Add a little water if required and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- :- Yummy spicy Baby Crab is ready. :- Serve the Spicy Baby Crabs hot with rice or rotis :- Enjoy eating Spicy Baby Crabs!!
