Ladysfinger pieces cooked with garam masala and other ingredients

Ingredients
- Bhindi(make slits, Lady’s finger) - 150 g
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Red chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chilly - 1 no
- Coriander powder(A pinch) -
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Dry mango powder(Aamchur) - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- First fry all the masala ingredients except dry mango powder and salt in oil : coconut, red chilly, green chilly, coriander powder and garam masala.
- Shallow fry the mixture.
- Stuff the mixture inside ladies finger.
- Heat oil in the same pan, place the ladies finger in row and fry it.
- Sprinkle mango powder before removing from the pan.
