10 to Lady finger5 nos Onion (small)1/2 bowl Grated coconut1 tbsp Chilly powder1/2 tbsp Turmeric powderSalt (to taste)1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1/2 tsp UzhunuCurry leaf (a few)Oil (as reqd) Finley chope the lady finger in round shapes.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and allow it to splutter.Add uzhunu,curry leaf and small onions.When small onion becomes transparent put grated coconut and fry till light brown.Once coconut become brown put lady finger, chilly, turmeric powder and salt.Close it and cook for 10 - 15 minutes and saute in between.:- Serve it with rice and rotis or chappathi.
