- Lamb liver 1 cup -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- cornflour 1 tsp -
- Rice flour : 1 tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Curd : 1 tsp -
- Lemon juice : 1 tsp -
- Oil : 2 tsp -

- in a bowl add curd, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, maida, corn flour, rice flour gignger garlic paste and mix it
- now add lamb liver and mix well
- marinate for half an hour
- keep the grill in the stove and grill the lamb liver
- grill both the side by spraying or applying oil
- now lamb liver tikka is ready
