- Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1tsp chopped
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Onions - 2 nos
- Cheese - 1/2 slice

- Heat oil in a kadai ,add garlic and cumin seeds.Saute for 2 minutes.
- Next add onions.Cook till onions turn soft.Add lettuce to this.
- Add coriander powder,turmeric powder and gram masala.,saute for a minute.
- Add green peas to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add little cheese to this,saute fot 1 minute.mix it and keep aside.
- Make small balls of dough.
- Roll them into thin chappathis.FiIl some lettuce mixture and on the roti.
- Roll up the rotis tightly.
- Fold the ends and fry in oil.
- We can put the mixture in chapatti and fold in different shape also.
- We have to fry in the oil.
- Now lettuce cheese roll is ready.
