  • Make a fine paste of tomatoes and coriander leaves

  • Take a pan and saute Garlic and ginger paste in oil.

  • Add liver pieces and cook till water drains.

  • Add grinded paste and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

  • Mix in all dry masala powders and Cook for another 5 to 10 mins
    Liver Fry –
  • Serve with rice or roti.
