Macaroni Uppuma Uppuma with macaroni and vegetables 2 cups Macaroni1 no Onion (sliced vertically, medium)2 - Green chillies (slit vertically)Cabbage Carrots1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1 sprig Curry leavesOil Salt (As reqd) Cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 mins. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add the sliced onions, green chillies & curry leaves and sautT, till the onions turn slighly brown.Add vegetables and cook for 1 minute on high flame. Add cooked macaroni and salt. Mix well and remove from fire.:- Serve hot. Kerala
