- Macaroni - 2 cups
- Onion(sliced vertically, medium) - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit vertically) - 2 -
- Cabbage -
- Carrots -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Oil -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 mins.
- Drain, rinse with cold water to cool and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add the sliced onions, green chillies & curry leaves and sautT, till the onions turn slighly brown.
- Add vegetables and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
- Add cooked macaroni and salt.
- Mix well and remove from fire.
- :- Serve hot.
