Kozhi Nirachathu – Malabar Style Stuffed Chicken is much loved North Kerala Muslim specialty prepared at all special occasions including parties for newly married couples, Eid and Iftar. It is a preparation with whole chicken stuffed with spiced onions and boiled eggs and then baked.Now let's go through the recipe images....
Grind all the ingredients under "For Grind" to a smooth paste.
Take a large bowl and add red chilly powder,Turmeric powder and salt
Also add the ground paste and marinate the chicken very well in it.
Take all the ingredients for the filling and keep it ready.
Saute all that ingredients until light brown in colour.add little garam masala,pepper powder and salt.finally mix one or two boiled egg with that filling
Fill the masala along with egg inside the chicken and tie it with kitchen twin.
Pressure cook it for 1 whistle without adding water(keep the flame in medium)
Heat oil in another pan and add some crushed garlic. fry the cooked whole chicken in low flame until all the sides are perfectly done.

Ginger-small pc
Garlic-1 clove Fennel seed-1 tsp
Dry red chilly-3
Pepper corn-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick-small pcFor filling
Onion -1 large
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Garam masala-1/4 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt as required
