- Whole chicken - 1 medium
- Onion - 1 large
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(as required) -

Ingredients
For filling:

- Wash and clean the whole chicken.
- Grind all the ingredients under "For Grind" to a smooth paste.
- Take a large bowl and add red chilly powder,Turmeric powder and salt
- Also add the ground paste and marinate the chicken very well in it.
- Take all the ingredients for the filling and keep it ready.
- Saute all that ingredients until light brown in colour.add little garam masala,pepper powder and salt.finally mix one or two boiled egg with that filling
- Fill the masala along with egg inside the chicken and tie it with kitchen twin.
- Pressure cook it for 1 whistle without adding water(keep the flame in medium)
- Malabar Style Stuffed Chicken-Kozhi Nirachathu is ready now.
