- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curd(Not sour) - 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 1 -
- Curry leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- For preparing Manga Kichadi, clean the mangoes well and cut them into tiny pieces.
- Put chilly powder and salt to it and mix well. (just like marinating)
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Crackle mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Add this to the mixture of mangoes.
- Allow it to cool.
- Add curd to this mixture and mix well.
- Tasty Manga Kichadi is ready.

aey mam` no need to cook these mangoes? Ur clause no. 2) is mix mangoes with chilly powder and salt then add other ingredients to this mangoes. So that means no need to cook it?

hi Kevina, ya thatz right. u dont have to cook the mangoes. Just mix together all the ingredients with the finely chopped mangoes and marinate it for sometime. Temper it with mustard seeds etc and later, add yoghurt/curd as usual and mix well. This is a very simple and at the same time a very tasty recipe.
