  • 4 cups Kesari shrikhand
  • 20 nos Chocolate wafer biscuits
  • 20 nos Sweet biscuits
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 nos Ripe mangoes chopped
  • 1 no Kiwi sliced, to garnish
  • Cherries To garnish


  • For preparing mango kiwi duet, grease a cake tin with melted butter.
  • Crush the sweet biscuits in a mixer and add the melted butter. Mix again.
  • Put this mixture to the cake tin and press it lightly.
  • Arrange the wafer along the sides of the cake tin.
  • Mix the mangoes and shrikhand well and pour it over the biscuit layer.
  • Arrange kiwi slices around the sides and cherries in the middle.
  • Chill it till set.
  • Mango kiwi duet is ready. Serve chilled.
