Mango is one of the most versatile of fruits and can be added to a wide range of dishes from salads to desserts to main course. Before the mango season ends, I wanted to share another classic Indian dessert prepared with ripe mangoes. Mango Phirni a variation to the traditional Phirni recipe.Phirni is an Indian rice pudding like dessert.

Instructions
- peel the skin of the mango and make Puree
- soak the basmati rice for 15 mins in water
- grind the rice to smooth paste
- boil the milk
- once the milk get boiled add the rice paste and stir continuously
- add sugar and stir it
- add cardamom powder and mix it
- once the rice get boiled well add mango puree and stir it
- stir continuously for 5 mins in low flame
- now mango phirni is ready to serve garnish with nuts
