Mango Souffle

An easy way to make delicious souffle

  • 400 gm Mango
  • 3 tsp Gelatin
  • Egg white from 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Mango essence
  • 2 drops Yellow color


  • Blend well the mango and sugar to form a thick paste.
  • Double boil the gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
  • Add this to the above paste and keep in freezer for 10 mins or until it is set.
  • Add whipped cream and blend well.
  • Beat the egg white and add.
  • Mix slowly using a spoon.
  • Add essence and yellow color.
  • Keep this in freezer for 1/2 hour.
  • Garnish with mango slices and cream.
