Ingredients
- Poha 1 cup -
- onion 2 no. -
- tomato 1no. -
- green chilli 2no. -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- broken bengal gram 1 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
- soak the poha in water for 10 minutes. not more than 10 minutes
- chop the onion, tomato and green chillies
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard,broken bengal gram and curry leaves
- add onion and saute it untill it turn into brown
- add tomato and green chillies and saute it
- add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well
- now add poha and mix it
- mix well until the masala get mixed and allow to cook for 3 minutes
- now masala poha is ready
