Instructions
  1. Heat the grated coconut in a frying pan.

  2. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder into the coconut and mix it well.

  3. When the colour of the mix turns into golden, remove it from the stove and allow to cool well.

  4. Grind the mix adding required quantity of water and make a paste of the masala mix and keep it aside.

  5. Add the masala paste into the cleaned cut fish.

  6. Mix the cut ginger, green chilli, onion and tamarind pulp with the fish and masala paste adding required quantity of salt and water.

  7. Enter Step

  8. Cook the mix in medium flame for about 15 - 20 minutes.

  9. When the fish is cooked well, fry the onion slices and curry leaves in coconut / refined oil and add it into the cooked fish curry.
