- Methi - 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Besan flour - 1/4 cup
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Turmeric - 1 pinch
- Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Water : for making dough -
- Oil for greasing -

Instructions
- Now wash and clean Methi and chop well
- Now in bowl and flour and mix well
- Now add all other powders and mix well
- Now add methi and mix well
- Now add curd and mix well
- Now add little water and make soft dough
- Now divide equal portion flat with roll pin and keep aside
- Now heat tawa and cook both side and grease oil
- Now its ready to serve Methi thepla
