Milagu Kari Milagu curry 1/2 kg Mutton2 nos Onions (chopped, medium)1/2" piece Ginger1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/2 tsp Pepper1 cup Grated coconut2 cups WaterSalt (As reqd)1 tbsp Oil Grind together ginger and garlic to a paste.Heat oil in a pressure pan.Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.Add onions and fry well.Add washed mutton pieces to the onions along with salt and water.Allow it to cook.Grind together ginger, pepper and coconut.When the meat is well cooked, add the above coconut masala and let it boil nicely, till it becomes a thick gravy.:- Serve hot with rice and sambhar. Sone..receipe is good just a tip..always add onion first for frying then add ginger garlic paste so that it will not stick to the pan..
