milk kesari which is also known as paal kesari is an easy and delicious sweet.

Instructions
- Add powdered cardamom followed by the pinch of turmeric powder. Stir the milk occasionally and bring it to boil.
- Add rava to the remaining ghee and roast in low flame for about 4- 5 minutes till you get a nice fragrance.
- Add the cashews and raisins .
- Add the boiling hot milk, keep stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
- Serve hot Kesari.
