  • Boil milk in a big pan by stirring continuously.
  • When the milk thickens, add sugar.
  • Keep stirring continuously or the milk will get burnt.
  • Remove from fire, when the consistency of the mixture becomes thick enough to roll. It will have a light brownish colour.
  • Make small balls with this mixture.
  • Use a seal to make a flat round shape or you can roll the dough into long pieces of medium thickness and cut into flat round shapes with a knife.

    Delicious recipe. Adding about 2 tbsp butter makes it even better.
