Sugar
Instructions
Boil
milk
in a big pan by stirring continuously.
When the
milk
thickens, add
sugar
.
Keep stirring continuously or the
milk
will get burnt.
Remove from fire, when the consistency of the mixture becomes thick enough to roll. It will have a light brownish colour.
Make small balls with this mixture.
Use a seal to make a flat round shape or you can roll the dough into long pieces of medium thickness and cut into flat round shapes with a knife.
