  • First beat the eggs,sugar and cardamom powder and
  • Whisk it till foamy type came.
  • Then add milk powder slowly and mix well.Do not beat.
  • Then all maidha and mix slowly.
  • Heat ghee in a saucepan and pour the batter.cover the top and cook for 20-25 minutes in low flame.
  • Now the cake is ready,remove it from the pan.
  • Cut and serve it with tea...
