- Onion : 1 no -
- Green chili 3 no. -
- Salt to taste -
- oil 5 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
- channa dal 1/2 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
- crumbled the millet idly
- chop the onion, green chili
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and channa dal
- add curry leaves, onion and green chili and saute it until it turn into brown
- add salt, crumbled idli and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame
- now millet idly upma is ready
