Mixed Vegetable Cutlet

Cooked veggies are mashed and mixed together to prepare cutlets

  • 2 nos Potatoes sliced, large
  • 1 no Cauliflower cut into florets, small
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 2 nos Carrots sliced
  • 2 slices Brown bread crushed
  • Black pepper powder As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Monaco biscuit crumbs freshly crushed
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing mixed vegetable cutlet, first boil/steam potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and carrots till done.
  • Mash the veggies well and mix together.
  • Add brown bread, pepper, cheese and required salt. Mix well.
  • Shape into oblong cutlets and deep fry in oil until crisp and golden brown in color.
  • Mixed vegetable cutlet, a nutritious evening time snack is ready. Serve hot.
