- Potatoes(sliced, large) - 2 nos
- Cauliflower(cut into florets, small) - 1 no
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrots(sliced) - 2 nos
- Brown bread(crushed) - 2 slices
- Black Pepper Powder(As reqd) -
- Cheese(grated) - 2 tbsp
- Monaco biscuit crumbs(freshly crushed) - 2 cups
- Oil(For frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing mixed vegetable cutlet, first boil/steam potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and carrots till done.
- Mash the veggies well and mix together.
- Add brown bread, pepper, cheese and required salt. Mix well.
- Shape into oblong cutlets and deep fry in oil until crisp and golden brown in color.
- Mixed vegetable cutlet, a nutritious evening time snack is ready. Serve hot.
