  • Cut and wash spinach and boil it with sufficient quantity of water. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  • Grind the grated coconut and green chillies with water.
  • Add the ground mixture to the 1st step mixture and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add slightly soured butter milk. When the foam appears turnoff the flame.
  • Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek and red chilly in coconut oil and add this to the mixture.
  • Morukeerai - brahmin special is ready.
