- chopped mushroom 1 cup -
- red chili powder 1/4 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Rice flour : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- maida 1/2 tsp -
- lemon 1 tsp -
- Oil to fry -

- in a bowl add mushroom, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, rice flour, corn flour, maida and lemon
- mix well and marinate for half an hour
- mushroom chili ready to serve.
