Ingredients
- Cleaned and cut Mushroom : 400 gm -
- Paneer : 250 g m (cut into pieces) -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Red Chilli powder : 3 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Coriander Powder : 4 tsp -
- Garam masala powder : 1 tsp. (If only required) -
- Sliced Tomato : 1 cup -
- Sliced Onion : 1 cup -
- Sliced Garlic : 1 tsp -
- Sliced Ginger : 1 tsp -
- Refined oil / Coconut oil : as reqd -

Instructions
- Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder (if necessary add the garam masala powder also) into the mix and stir it for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Then put the mushroom into this mix and mix it well .
- Add the paneer also and mix it further, cover it with a plate and allow to cook it (if wants to make it gravy, then add some water otherwise cook in steam).
- Mushroom paneer masala is ready and can be served as side dish for chappathi / poori / dosa or with rice for lunch / dinner .
