200 gm Mushroom1 no Onion (big size)1 tbsp Turmeric powder1 tbsp Red chilly powder2 tbsp Coriander powder1 tbsp Masala powder1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeerakam)4 tbsp Coconut (grated)3 nos Green chilly2 nos Red chilly (optional)Oil (as reqd)Mustard seeds (few) Mix chopped mushroom with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and keep it aside for 3 min and then wash off. :- To check it is poisoned, if so, it will become dark in color)Splutter mustard seeds,add cumins,onions,green chillies and red chilles (if required).Saute it well till onions become brown.Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, stir it well and add some water, so that it becomes a paste.Add mushroom, stir it well, and then add grated coconut and masala powder.Stir it and add water to cook the mushroom.Cover it with the lid and serve when it is cooked.:-Can be dry or gravy,as your wish.
