10 nos Eggs3 tsp Maida300 ml WaterSugar (As reqd)Rose water (As reqd) Mix eggs in a bowl and keep it for 30 mins.Beat it well using a egg-beater to make it frothy.Take the beaten froth and make toast them on a dosa tawa.:- As it will be hard to take it using a spatula, use a knife to take it off the tawa.Place one on a plate and sprinkle a little sugar over it.Top it with another one and sprinkle sugar over it.Repeat the procedure till all the dosas are finished.Before serving, pour a little rose water over it.
