Ingredients
- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Shallots - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curry masala(we use homemade) or red chili + coriander powde) - 3 tblsp
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut - 2 tblsp
- Poppy Seed - 1 tblsp
- Oil - 2 tblsp
- Salt(as taste) -
- If needed add chopped coconut cube at the last stage of gravy -

Instructions
- In a pan add oil and temper jeera and pepper
- Now add curry leaves and shallots. saute well
- Now add fennel seed and tomato. saute well
- Now add curry masala and mix well
- Now add coconut and poppy seeds.mix well and turn off. allow to cool and grind it as a paste
- Now its ready to serve Mutton Chop
