- Mutton 1 cup -
- Basmati rice : 2 cup -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato 2 no. -
- Green Chilli 4 no. -
- ginger garlic paste 3 tsp -
- Mint leaves ½ cup -
- Coriander leaves ½ cup -
- bay leaf 2 -
- Ani seed 2 -
- Cardamom : 2 -
- cinnamon 2 -
- Cloves – 2 -
- Red chilli powder : ½ tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Black pepper ¼ tsp -

Instructions
- chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves
- add tomato and saute it for 2 mins
- add coriander leaves and mint leaves and mix it
- add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder, lime juice and mix well
- add mutton and mix well and allow to boil for 15 mins in medium flame
- after 15 mins add required water to boil the mutton and close the lid and allow to boil until the mutton get boiled
- boil the basmati rice seperately
- once the mutton get boil and masala becomes thick consistence add boiled rice and mix well
- mutton pulao is ready, serve with raitha and salna
