- Gram flour : 1/2 cup -
- Ghee 2 cup -
- Sugar : 1 cup -
- Water 1/2 cup -
- Ghee or butter as needed -

Instructions
- Heat a pan pour gram flour to it and heat it in low flame
- When its smell changes stir well
- Pour ghee to it
- Stir well
- When the sugar solution becomes fluffy or a thread form
- Pour this to the gram flour mixture
- Stir well
- Stir continuously and when its start becoming tight off the flame
- Mean while take a pan and apply some ghee or butter to it
- Then pour the mixture to this pan
- When it's cool
- Cut as per your wish
- Transfer to the serving dish
- It's too sweet in taste
