- Peel the jackfruit seeds and cut into two pieces.
- cook jackfruit seeds with turmeric powder,red chilly powder salt and water as required for 5 whistles.
- heat oil in a clay pot and splutter mustard seed,then add chopped shallots and saute until light brown in colour.
- Add cleaned and washed drumstick leaves and saute for one minute.
- Add the curry and combine well.Remove it from the flame.
