- Chicken( cut into small pieces ) - 500 gm
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/ 2 tsp
- green chilli - 2 nos
- Onion - 3 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 /
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 /
- Garam masala powder - 1 /
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Curry leaves -
- Salt to taste -
- Coconut oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- For making the Nadan Chicken Roast, firstly grind together turmeric, chilli, coriander, pepper, garam masala powders, fennel seeds, ginger, garlic paste with the vinegar to a thin paste.
- Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with the ground masala and salt and keep it for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute well till it turn golden brown colour. Add green chillies, curry leaves.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well . Cover and cook it till the pieces are coated well with the masala. Check and stir occasionally.
- Nadan Chicken Roast is ready to serve. It goes well with chapathi, pooris or appam.

Fennel seeds - 1 / 2 tsp.
Garam masala powder - 1 / 2 tsp.
Vinegar - 3 tbsp.
Curry leaves.
Salt to taste.
