- Kaya/raw banana chopped - 1 cup
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Chilies - 4

Instructions
- Cook for 5 minutes ie,2 whistles.Drain water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.
- Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add green chilies to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Then add cooked kayas to kadai and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now nadan kaya mezhukkupurati is ready
- Now nadan kaya mezhukkupurati is ready to serve.
