Instructions
- Take rice powder in a plate,Add this water little by little into rice powder and mix with hand carefully without burning.
- Then make this dough to a round soft dough
- Fill this dough into idiyappam press and keep aside.
- Then take idly plate and put little grated coconut into it.
- Next close the idiyappa presser
- Squeeze the dough into idily plate.
- We have to squeeze this dough into full idly stand plates
- After 5 minutes we have to open the steamer.
- Next we have to remove this idiyappam from stand to plate with a spoon,Now idiyappam is ready.Serve hot with sugar or curry.
