This Nepali Local street Steamed Momo is a local street food in Nepal . this momo they used to steam with all veggies. But normal they use only cabbage and they also use cheese too. This we can dip with Szechwan sauce its too hot and spicy.

Instructions
- In bowl add flour and salt tsp and mix well and make dough.
- Now add grated veggies and mix well
- When its cook well without moisture add salt and pepper
- Now make small ball flat thin with roll pin
- Now stuff veggies and fold like this. ( refer pic)
- Now do all rest and steam for ten min in steamer
- Now The Nepali Local street Steamed Momo ready to serve with Szechwan sauce
