Instructions
- Clean and cut neymeen into small pieces.In a mixer add chilli powder,pepper powder,turmeric powder,onion,ginger garlic paste ,2tsp water and salt.Marinate the fish pieces with ground paste.
- Keep this fish in a refrigerator for 15 minutes. After 15minutes take out from refrigerator.
- Heat coconut oil in a kadai then fry ney meen one by one for 2 minutes.
- When one side of fish is cooked,then turned other side and cook for 2 minutes
- Now ney meen varuthathu is ready to serve.
