  • Chop spinach very fine.
  • Add 1/4 cup water and soda bicarbonate and cook till done.
  • Blend into liquidiser and keep aside.
  • Cut paneer into 1 inch pieces and deep fry and keep aside.
  • Fry cut onion, ginger and chillies in ghee.
  • Add turmeric powder, while frying.
  • Add the paalak, paneer and salt.
  • Cook for about 5 - 10 mins.
  • Garnish with fresh cream.
  • :- Serve HOT.
