Ingredients
- Potato(boiled and mashed, medium) - 4 nos
- Cauliflower(don’t add stem, chopped) - 1 cup
- Green peas(boiled and smashed) - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Onion(chopped, big) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Milk malai or cream - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Pudina leaves or coriander leaves for garnishing -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Lemon juice - 1/2 a
- Pav -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion and fry, till the raw smell goes off.
- :- Do not allow it turn golden.
- Add cauliflower, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and tomato.
- Cook for a few mins.
- Add the potatoes and green peas followed by 1 cup of water.
- Cover and cook for a few mins.
- After opening the lid, add lemon juice.
- Smash the contents with a smasher or a spoon.
- Add water, if needed.
- Add butter and cook for 2 mins.
- Garnish with finely chopped pudina leaves and onion rings.
- For Pav:- 1)Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan.
- Fry both the sides of pav, till it turns light brown.
