  • Potato(boiled and mashed, medium) - 4 nos
  • Cauliflower(don’t add stem, chopped) - 1 cup
  • Green peas(boiled and smashed) - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion(chopped, big) - 1 no
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk malai or cream - 2 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Pudina leaves or coriander leaves for garnishing -
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 a

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion and fry, till the raw smell goes off.
  3. :- Do not allow it turn golden.
  4. Add cauliflower, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and tomato.
  5. Cook for a few mins.
  6. Add the potatoes and green peas followed by 1 cup of water.
  7. Cover and cook for a few mins.
  8. After opening the lid, add lemon juice.
  9. Smash the contents with a smasher or a spoon.
  10. Add water, if needed.
  11. Add milk malai, sugar and mix well.
  12. Add butter and cook for 2 mins.
  13. Garnish with finely chopped pudina leaves and onion rings.
  14. For Pav:- 1)Heat 2 tsp of butter in a pan.
  15. Fry both the sides of pav, till it turns light brown.
