- Add the whole oats in a blender.
- Crush it for 2 seconds
- In the same pan add the crushed oats and saute for 5 minutes in medium flame.
- Simmer oats kheer for 4-5 minutes on a low flame,till the oats soften.
- Add roasted Cashew and raisins.do not boil the oats kheer too much else it will become a thick kheer.when the oats kheer cools down it will thicken more.
- Serve it warm or chilled...Enjoy...
