  • 250 gms Oil Cake Ground nut or Sesame
  • 10 bulbs Garlic
  • 6 nos Lemon leaves
  • 2 nos Lemons
  • 5 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Soak the oil cake for two days in water.
  • :-Any impurities would settle at the bottom. Remove the dough carefully by avoiding bottom layer.
  • Tie the dough in a thick cloth. Water will be drained and thick dough is obtained.
  • Split the lemon leaves in to small pieces and add to the oil cake dough. :-Lemon leaves impart pleasant smell to the dough.
  • Add three or four spoons of lemon juice, Garlics, salt and the red chilly powder and mix thoroughly.
  • Leave the preparation for one day to settle.
