Onion-Tomato Curry
Ingredients
- 1 no Onion big
- 2 nos Tomato medium
- Red chilly powder As reqd
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Garlic A small piece
- Ginger A small piece
- Salt As reqd
- Garam masala powder As reqd
- Coriander leaves A few
- 1 - Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves A few
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add tomato and saute, till it blends well.
- Add all masala powders and fry again.
- Add water and boil, till the curry becomes thick.
- Add coriander leaves.
- :- Serve with chappathis.
