This is very simple and easy to make with all home ingredients. The preparation goes as like that we start with the other pulaos and here we add juice extracted from fine oranges mixed with coconut milk and add it instead of water. The flavor and aroma is the strength of this rice.

- Orange juice : 1 glass -
- coconut milk 1 glass -
- rice 1 glass -
- bay leaves 1 -
- Cinnamon: 1 -
- clove 2 -
- cardamom 1 -
- onion 1 -
- Green chillies – 4 -
- ginger garlic paste 1/2 sp -
- mint leaves 3 - 4
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- soak pulao rice for 15 minutes
- in a pressure cooker add ghee and fry bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, onion and green chillies
- add mint leaves and saute a minute
- now add the soaked rice and fry a minute
- cover lid pressure cook it a low flame for 15 minutes and serve.
