- Sardines - 6 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Raw pepper - 10 nos
- garlic - 5 nos
- Ginger - 1 small
- Dry chillies - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Gambooge(Kudampuli) - 1 piece

Instructions
- Heat oil in a clay pot, splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek and curry leaves.
- Add the crushed onion in it and fry.
- Add gambooge and little water. Add fish pieces, cover and cook.
- When fish is done, remove from flame and pour 2 tsp coconut oil on top.
- Pacha kurumulaku mathi curry is ready.
