  • For preparing pacha kurumulaku mathi curry, crush pepper, onion, dry chillies, ginger, garlic and turmeric.
  • Heat oil in a clay pot, splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek and curry leaves.
  • Add the crushed onion in it and fry.
  • Add gambooge and little water. Add fish pieces, cover and cook.
  • When fish is done, remove from flame and pour 2 tsp coconut oil on top.
  • Pacha kurumulaku mathi curry is ready.
