Onion Spinach Pakoda, a yummy evening snack made with gram flour. This is a very quick recipe and kids will enjoy the onion spinach pakoda.

  • Chop the onions, chillies, spinach and the curry leaves finely.
  • Add to it the gram flour, salt and cashewnuts.
  • Mix together to make it into a mixture and leave it for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop the mixture in the form of even sized balls or pieces.
  • Deep fry till it turns golden brown.

    the more onion you add, the crispier you get. make sure you put in small pieces to fry. otherwise the outer surface will burn and inner thing uncooked. also fry evenly in moderate flame.
