Ingredients
- Beef - 500 gm
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Meat masala - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 2 cups
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 2 -
- Green chillies(split the ends) - 4 -
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 3 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Clean and cut beef into small pieces.
- Marinate the beef pieces with turmeric powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, meat masala, ginger garlic paste and curd for sometime.
- :- DON`T ADD WATER.
- Cook the above marinated beef mixture in a pressure cooker or tawa until done.
- Heat oil in another pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add chopped onions and saute.
- When onion becomes light brown, add curry leaves and green chillies.
- :- Serve hot with rice.

Curry was good. But Beef should be pressure cooked for a minimum 5 whistles.
