- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric power - 1 tsp
- Whipping cream(little) -
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek leaves(Uluva ela) - 1 tbsp
- Paneer(As reqd) -
- Palak(1-2 bunch) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Add whole garam masala, then add onions and fry till golden brown. 3)Add turmeric and ginger garlic paste. 4)Add all spices: red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, fenugreek leaves, green chillies, tomato and required salt.
- Palak paneer is ready. Top with little cream(optional).
