- Paneer : 250 gm -
- Chicken : 200 gm -
- Onion : 1 no (cubes) -
- Capsicum : 1 no (cubes) -
- Dry red chillies : 5 nos -
- Tomato : 4 nos -
- Garlic : 4 cloves -
- Coriander seeds : 1 ½ tsp -
- Cumin seeds : ½ tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Pepper powder : 1 tsp -

- Marinate chicken pieces with ½ tsp turmeric. ½ tsp chilli powder and cook it.
- When done, remove from bone and make slices with fork. Keep aside.3) Make a paste of cumin, coriander powder, tomato, garlic, red chillies and turmeric.
- Make this a semi dry masala and serve hot with chapathi.
