Paneer Red Gravy

Paneer Red Gravy is a delicious North Indian curry made with Paneer (cottage cheese) and tomato based spicy gravy laced with Indian curry spices.it has a slight sweet taste and very mildly spiced. The bright red color of the gravy comes from red tomatoes and dried red chilies. This goes well with naan, roti ect.

Instructions
  1. In a Bowl add paneer, curd, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, salt and ginger garalic paste

  2. mix well and marinate for 10 mins

  3. In a kadai heat the oil and temper the clove, cinaamon and cardamon

  4. add chopped onion and saute it until it turn into brown

  5. add marinated paneer and mix it

  6. add required water for gravy and allow to cook
